This place is a joke. If I could give a negative star review I would. My father bought a side by side from here and they sold him a warranty that they trusted then when the water pump broke and the machine overheated he took it back to the dealership to get it fixed. The warranty company wouldn’t do anything because they feel like someone has been into the engine even though no one has torn into the engine before and the dealership just says it’s not there problem and pushed the side by side outside and now he has to pay for the labor of tearing it down. So basically they’re selling a warranty to people that they know is a scam. But they don’t care as long as they get your money.

Purchased my 5th motorcycle from Falconer Powersports. Every staff member is knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I will never go anywhere else to purchase a motorcycle. They went above and beyond to help me surprise my husband with a bike and I am touched that it was as important to them as it was to me.

The staff there are super friendly and welcoming, they made me feel like I was part of their family. I drove seven hours to pick up my motorcycle and it was totally worth it. They had everything ready for me, all I had to do was sign the papers, load the bike on my trailer, and hit the road.

My experience was 5 star first class service. I'm from Detroit, and my friend lives in Erie pa, popped his Cherry and bought his First Harley he found exactly what her was wanting and looking for. I called and Spoke with Karley she was outstanding and wonderful to work with. I bought a bell for my friend she sent me all items to choose from she helped pick out just the right one.
