Can-am Sea-doo of Jamestown (Falconer Power Sports Inc.)

We are extremely disappointed with our experience. My father purchased a side-by-side from this dealership, and at the time of purchase they also sold him an extended warranty through Riders Advantage. When the side-by-side needed warranty work, it was brought in and torn down. We were told the impeller was broken, which caused the machine to overheat and allegedly ruined the block and head. The repair quote from Can-Am was approximately $9,500. The first warranty inspector claimed the repair would be denied because someone else had been inside the motor. That was not true, and after we pushed back, a second inspector confirmed that no one had been in the motor. Even after that, the warranty company still refused to cover the full repair and would only cover the water pump, which is about $1,500 of a $9,500 repair. The dealership has done nothing meaningful to help resolve the situation, even though they are the ones who sold the extended warranty through this company. In my opinion, they should not be selling warranties that leave customers with thousands of dollars in uncovered repairs when a major failure happens. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience, and we would not recommend purchasing an extended warranty through this dealership or Riders Advantage based on what happened to us.

Steed was a great help. Even though I walked in in my work clothes looking like a bum off the street he walked up an introduced himself. Quickest purchase I ever made between him and the finance girl I don't think I was there for more than an hour. Everyone there was fantastic hoping this is the last bike I buy but if not I'll definitely buy here again

Absolutely painless process from start to finish. The entire staff was very hopeful, walked me through everything and made easier than I expected. Special thanks to Harvey for the patience, understanding and definitely the trailer assist. 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️🤣🤣 They accommodated my schedule change and unannounced day early arrival with no issues. Can't beat that kind of service and care. Will definitely be seeing them again for my next purchase.

This is my 2nd purchase from Falconer power sports. First purchase was less than good. I received a great bike but got kinda forgotten about on the sales end which left a bad taste. Harvey and the team have 💯 redeemed themselves in my mind after my newest purchase. They took the time to explain and never pressured me once. I actually just stopped in to purchase a new hat and noticed the beautiful street glide starring me down. It was meant to be. Thanks to all the team at Falconer Power Sports. Highly recommended!!
