I was having rear swaying issues in my Santa Cruz and reached out to Rick Bruce who proceeded to take the responsibility upon himself and handle my issues. He gave me an immediate update the following day and after a short period all of the issues were covered under warranty. My Santa Cruz is running perfect. If I could put a lower rating for this place I would. I have been to Shults Hyundai numerous times for the never ending amount of problems my car has. I have never once had a good experience here. The people are rude and I dont know if they just hate their jobs or they are just the most unhelpful group of people in the world. I recently needed another door handle replaced so about 6 months ago I went in and asked them to order the part. It was under warranty and they were going to call when it came in. I never got a call. A month or so later I called and asked again to get my door handle replaced and they told me they would call me when it came in. Still didn't get a call. On December 30th, I went in again to ask for a door handle. They had me sit there over an hour to tell me that they needed to order it which I knew they would need to. I left and I got a phone call a half hour later saying that my warranty is up and they won't cover it. I tried to explain to them that I have been in multiple times trying to get this door handle before the warranty was out. So he told me that he would have a manager call me, and no one ever called me back. And they still have yet to call me to tell me my part is in.... This is just one of my many, horrible experiences with this place.

Sometimes when I don’t feel like going into the office, I like to invent things that need to be checked on my car, just so I can use the Wi-Fi in their waiting room. I am literally more productive than any other time. The staff makes me feel like part of the team, and I feel a deep sense of community and love. I’m sure you can get this at other places, but this one is mine.
