I work in the car business so I talk to a lot of dealers. LiteHouse is the cream of the crop! I wish more dealers operated like them. I was only there for about 15 minutes before driving home in my new truck. The truck was freshly detailed and waiting for me when I got there, the price was insanely good, and I felt no pressure to buy products I didn't want. Jason and Brett were very professional and made the whole process enjoyable. I highly recommend you buy your next car from them!

Purchased a Van a little over a year ago. The passenger automatic door motor was replaced before purchase. It had minor closing and latching issues leaving the lot. I was given a month to allow the motor to “break in” which was written on the contract. Through my ownership the door continued to have latching issues here and there until recently the motor seized. After removing the paneling to access the motor I revealed that the motor was never mounted correctly (nuts only placed on the mounting bolts, one missing) giving a lot of play on the motor ultimately causing it to break completely. I contacted lighthouse to see if there was anything they could do. I will give them credit they were very responsive throughout the process. Unfortunately they said they couldn’t do anything. “The nuts could have backed out on their own” and “unfortunately it’s out of the warranty window”. Bottom line is they know and I know the motor was never mounted correctly and this lead to the ultimate demise of the auto door. I’m a little bummed I would have liked to try to come up with some resolution even if it were they just remove the motor and get my door which is locked shut to open but nothing kinda just a “good luck”. This isn’t a warranty issue this is an incorrectly installed part issue. To me this is an instance that lacks INTEGRITY. Just sharing for anybody who is purchasing a vehicle here or anywhere for that matter. I hope this is helpful. I’m just disappointed they wouldn’t try to come up with something. I’m not looking for money I’m not trying to get something for free just asking for a good friendly resolution. Mistakes happen and this is all around unfortunate. I could have been more vigilant and they could have been more willing to help in some way.

Website is user friendly and easy to navigate, no need to enter your email or phone to access information on the site! My vehicle purchase was fast and easy as they work with local banks if a loan is needed. The car was detailed and ready for me to pick up within a few days! A couple of issues noticed during the test drive were taken care of by the fantastic techs at their garage.
