They always take care of you and go above and beyond when they do not have to. There was a time when something was wrong with my engine and I thought it was because of a faulty oil change, but they still took it in, took a look and helped to diagnose it.t

View on GoogleHad to get my car inspected. Arrived a half-hour early to my appointment. No problem, they got me in early, waited only 15 minutes. Car passed inspection and found out I had a driver side brake-light out which they replaced WITHOUT charge. Extremely professional service, competent, warm reception, clean store. Highly, highly recommended service. Will definitely recommend and go there again!

View on GoogleTo be brief I brought car in for state inspection was told it needed front tie rod, upwards of $300.00. I authorized work they ordered the part and I dropped the car off at 5 days later at 10:15. I was told could take 2 hours. Three hours later I return to pick up the car only to find that another mechanic found 7 things now wrong with the car which would be $1,150.00 for parts alone. The service person was very nice but she could not explain what happened and she did say that they had a new employee training and he should have called to let me know but he must have forgotten. I was not charged for the new inspection however I think that there should be some explanation as to how the car now needs $2,000.00 worth of repairs (inc labor+/-) as opposed to the previous $300.00 quote. I obviously will be bringing the car to a non Schultz shop to have it looked at. Very dissatisfied that my time was wasted and for the inability to explain the difference between the 2 mechanics inspection. Though the service writer was very nice and polite I will not be returning nor recommending this shop to anyone.
