New Ownership ripped off my girlfriend by telling her tire would fail at 6/32 and coerced her to buy a tire or he would fail her inspection. An oil change and inspection went from 100$ to 400$ single tire, oil change and inspection. Absolutely predatory. Do not let them bully you, always get a second opinion. DO NOT GO HERE, MANAGEMENT IS NOT LIKE PAST OWNER.

Was driving from CT to PA for the Thanksgiving holiday to visit family, and had had some work done on my car before our road trip began. On our drive we started hearing a concerning noise coming from where I had just got work done. Called a couple of places in town, as we were over two hours from home and never been in this area and everyone was busy and couldn't take a look, Owen's was the only place that said they could take a look, even knowing we've never been a customer before. We headed over and one of their guys took a look at what was going on. He assured us we were safe to continue our trip. I couldn't begin to express my gratitude for them taking the time despite being busy to check everything out to make sure we could safely make it to Thanksgiving.

I’ve used Owen for all my car repairs and servicing since I moved to Carmel in 2016. No complaints only praise! The work is always done quickly and most importantly honestly. On more than one occasion I brought my car there thinking I needed service. After he inspected my vehicle he told me that I didn’t need it and I went on my way! Can’t argue with that!8

My go to spot for easy in and out gas. Full service and very friendly people. Always treated fairly when I get repairs too.

I usually don't write review, but after my experience today I wanted to share it. I left the doctor's office in a sling, went to get gas and the car died right at the pump. Yep. Owen came right out with his portable jumper, and gave it a jump. At first, the car started right up, but it died again within a minute. He noticed the day I was having - he said he wanted to check my alternator, and luckily that was fine. He replaced the battery and sent me on my way. I was out of the shop within 25 minutes. I've been going to this shop for 15 years and I've yet to be disappointed. These are honest, local, loyal and efficient mechanics. There are some mechanics that would have told me it was the alternator just to get a few extra bucks- not these guys. That's how you get loyal customers. Thank you Owen and your team. I really appreciate you guys.
