I cannot say enough good things about Everett Motors. Today, my car broke down at the QuickChek gas pumps across the street, and I was completely panicked and unsure what to do. I walked over to Everett Motors hoping someone could help, and they immediately went above and beyond. The staff came right over, brought equipment to jump-start my vehicle, ran diagnostics, and then took my car back to the shop to help figure out the problem. They even assisted me with my warranty by making phone calls on my behalf and helping navigate the process. What truly impressed me was their kindness and genuine concern. Since I was stranded without transportation, they even gave me a ride home. That level of customer service is rare these days. Everyone I dealt with was professional, compassionate, and incredibly helpful. This was truly top-notch customer service, and I have found my new mechanic. Thank you to everyone at Everett Motors for turning a stressful situation into a positive experience. Highly recommended!

Everett Motors is the place you take your car to, if your car was your favorite grandmother and you’d want to know she was the in the most experienced hands for anything she needs. The guys there are fantastic and Ryan is the definition of what it means to be a mechanic, an honest and sincere one at that and will be the first to tell you that this is what you need, even if it is not what you want or thought would fix it. I trust him with all my car issues and have never blinked an eye at anything he’s done or diagnosed. If I can't do the repair myself, I won't let anyone touch my car besides Rob Everett and his team at Everett Motors. From quick inspections to a full front end suspension overhaul, these folks are WHAT YOU WANT IN A LOCAL REPAIR SHOP. No BS, NO SHADY PRACTICES, and they do it all fast, professionally, and at the best rates you're gonna find. TRULY THE BEST SHOP I'VE ENCOUNTERED IN MY 58 YEARS, and I know my way around cars and their maintenance/repair.

Awesome work! If you have a euro or probably any high mileage car, but especially a BMW it’s tricky finding mechanics that aren’t scared to do what’s necessary to get you back on the road with no future problems. I have a 2018 BMW with over 150k miles that needed work. I took it to many mechanics that were either scared to change the transmission oil and/or didn’t have a clue. Many indie shops told me why don’t you buy a Honda or Toyota. Like I Bought a bimmer by mistake. It’s been over 3K miles since I had my car serviced at Everett. Had lots of work done for $4k, but thats way cheaper than buying any new or used car AND my car is driving like a new BMW should. If you have an older euro car and every shop including the dealership is telling you those fluids are good forever. Have your car serviced at Everett and drive away feeling like oh yeah, this is why I got this car in the first place. Top notch service, car was ready when they said it was gonna be, family run, Friendly shop dogs which says a lot and no rude we’re doing you the favor attitude.
