My transmission died on a Sunday and Craig was the only person who was willing to help. Got me through the whole process, including getting me a replacement transmission, and was extremely fair in price and the work was great. Definitely going to use him for repairs again when i need them.

I had a very stressful situation with my 2005 Toyota 4Runner V6 after the wrong pulley system/serpentine belt component kit was ordered by an AutoZone parts specialist. The first kit caused problems after installation because it was not the correct part for my vehicle. Mr. Craig handled the situation professionally and honestly. He replaced the incorrect pulley system with the proper kit and made sure everything was installed correctly. What impressed me the most is that he did not even charge me extra labor for correcting the issue, even though the problem was caused by the wrong part from AutoZone, not by his work. It is hard to find mechanics who are honest, patient, and willing to help customers when a parts-store mistake creates extra work.
