Scott from Brown Brothers has taken me on a whole new Wonderful experience of getting me into my very first car. Not only did he keep me posted at each and every step during the process of this but he went above and beyond his job title and duties to help me in every single way possible. He made me feel welcomed immediately and most importantly comfortable. From the very first time that we talked to the minute I left the parking lot in my new Jeep he was there every step of the way. I will recommend him and brown brothers 1000x over to anyone I come into contact with looking to get into a vehicle. I am so thankful to have this opportunity given to me and grateful to have Scott come into my life and work his magic for me. Thank you for giving me a sense of independence and freedom that I have been missing in my life for a while now. 5 stars is not even enough stars to give Scott and the way he treats people. Was looking to build my credit and Scott said he get it done he got me approved for 19 jeep cherokee latitude plus been a great jeep browns definitely stands by their 30 day warranty and after that you have whatever warranty you pay for and can take it back to browns or other dealers at first I was frustrated but unfortunately browns has a point my jeep driven great first year feeling like its having issues but just me being paranoid 2027 march will be 2 years I owned the jeep it still running strong no check engine light passes inspection each time cant fix what dont throw codes or check engine light like browns explained so I totally would go back to browns they have been great people and i would walk in and apologize for my attitude if needed a oil change or service again they havent done me wrong if they honestly had a plow truck sense getting ready purchase a house id go back for another vehicle Scott does really give it his all to get any approved they detail vehicles before letting leave the lot they just make sure everyday customers are just 100 percent satisfied which will make you feel appreciated

Brian in sales at Brown Brothers was fantastic and went above and beyond for me to get me in a new vehicle even with my credit not being the best he worked very hard to find me a bank that would accept me and to get me a payment that I could afford being a single mom. He made me feel very comfortable through the whole process not like he was just trying to sell a car he made me feel like he cared genuinely about my situation and wasn't just trying to push me into a car to just sell a vehicle. Everyone else at Brown Brothers has been just as helpful and so nice! I highly recommend these guys!!

Brian and Scott were absolutely amazing at helping me get into a new vehicle! Highly recommend! They were able to get me a really good price for what I had to work with. If you ever need to get into something, they are the ones to go to! Fast and efficient and really nice! Will absolutely use them in the future if I'm ever in need of a new vehicle! 5 stars guys!!

It has been awesome working with everyone here. From the salesmans (they were so much fun when we bought our car!) , to meeting Larry the owner who makes time to talk to customers, to Monica that keeps the service department going smooth. We messed up our tires and they are taking care of us by getting us a new set! Definitely taking care of us, above and beyond. We have been very happy with our car!
