Beebe's Collision

!!Update: The emblem was a misunderstand they were waiting for the new one to come in and that information didn't get passed on. And while they had it they fixed the paint and the gap. Car looks great and I'm very happy with the way they handled everything after it was all said and done. Far from impressed with their hack job. Looks like they "fixed" it as cheap as possible while still billing for top dollar work. My car was backed into scratching and shoving in my front bumper. Under the other drivers insurance I took my car to Beebes because I had heard and read mostly good things. Was quoted 4 days and they ended up having the car for 6 and a half days which was not a big deal. But the front bumper is still scratched and damaged and one of the headlights is still shoved into the car. they also glued my front emblem on with little to no care of lining it up right.

This place is amazing. First, they gave me a quote of $167 which included 1.6 hours of labor and a $50 bumper bracket. I asked if that was set in stone and the guy said, "well we could do it for $150 if it's cash." So I booked an appointment, planning to pay cash. (Other places wanted $189-$200) A few days later (today) I come in for my appointment. A half hour later he says "you're all set." I said, wait...already? He said, "yup, it's all done." So I go to pay and he says, "we wound up not needing the bracket, so you owe $100 instead of the $150." I was like omg no way. So I give him the money and I leave. I'm at a red light about 5 minutes away and I'm looking over my receipt and see that I was charged for 1.6 hours of labor. That confused me because they only worked on it for 30 minutes. So, of course, I called the place and spoke to the same guy and asked him about it. He said, "Oh wow, I didn't even notice that. Alright, let me see what I can find out and I'll call you back." He calls back and says, "you are absolutely right. You were overcharged for labor hours. I owe you $50, when would you like to come pick it up?" I couldn't believe it! They were honest, thorough, competent, and understanding people. I so much appreciate my whole experience with them and I will be recommending this place to anyone with a car that needs repairs/body work/etc. Thank you Beebe's Collision Auto Body Shop. Great place, good customer service, everybody there is nice and friendly, they do really good work, check them out 1st

If i could give 0 stars i would. I brought my truck there to have some work done, was told 2 week turn around. end of second week comes around still not done, but Nick assures me its almost done, one rocker panel left and paint. End of 3rd week comes around still not done yet. He said they had a rough week. Okay.... end of 4th week comes around still not done. halfway through week 5 i call to check in and Nick tells me they can put my truck back together, because they don't have time to finish it. I get to the shop get my truck they did not even touch it. I was lied to blatantly to my face and ears for almost 5 full weeks. Be a man and tell me haven't started it.

great guys-very knowledgable--attention to detail,,have had a few vehicles repaired/painted there,,and will use them again in the future!!-
