Thank you Neil & Crew for you attention to detail, great communication, and diligence. This shop is a must save in your contacts if you own a car, not just a Subaru. This is a Subaru shop with extensive knowledge & experience across older and new cars. Neil has worked with me for the last 2 years on getting tricky problems solved. These were hard to diagnose issues that multiple trips to the dealer under warranty could not solve. This shop is fair with prices compared to the really high quality work they do. Additionally the entire team is respectful, trustworthy, & friendly. In the end I carry three cars in my home fleet. Neil & Crew & NE Performance are the only shop I trust in the area to complete good & competent work. I brought my 2020 Subaru WRX to North East Performance for header repair and J-pipe work. They welded my cracked header, replaced the gaskets, and had everything sealed up properly. The difference was noticeable right away — the car feels smoother and stronger. What really stood out was their professionalism. They didn’t take long with the work, they clearly knew exactly what they were doing, and they even offered me a ride home while the car was being worked on. That level of service goes a long way. Honest communication, solid workmanship, and a great overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back for future work and would recommend them to anyone with a performance or modified vehicle.

I've had my car repaired by Neil twice so far, and he now has a customer for life. He is honest, incredibly reasonable, very knowledgeable, his team is very skilled, and he never ever pushes or takes advantage. Can't recommend enough!
