I have brought my car here to get work done from minor to major. Every time I have had a great experience with them! When my car needed to stay they provided me with a service vehicle while my car was worked on. They took great care of my car. Everyone I have interacted with and the men behind the hoods are friendly and respectful and they took the time to explain what was going on. Thank you for keeping her running great!

The whole service was great. I havent been in this places in probably few years. Forgot how quick and easy it is to get in and out without so much bs. The only reason for 4 stars was I felt like a new customer, and as a new customer I feel like you walking in a little blind on how things work here. I didnt know I had to choose what price oil change I wanted or if they supposed to ask me or if I was supposed to tell them. I was a little confused. So I asked the questions as they came on my head at the moment as I wasnt sure how they worked and the receptionist didnt asked me any of it. After asking like 4 times to different people I finally got the answer on how things worked and it was easy after that. As a worker, just make sure to ask if we been there and know how things work if not just explain kindly 🙂 we dont all know this business and how it works. Also before handling our vehicle let me know if my car requires extra things that im not planning to pay, and surprise me at the end telling me you charge me more for either more oil or extra things new cars have. After all it was easy and love the discounts love that they apply it without the coupon which I tried to get but never got the emails lol. I appreciate how fast they take your care in and out.

Been going to Metric Motors since 1984. Their work has always met my expectations. We just had 4 tires installed. After checking with 3 other tire centers including Subaru Metric’s price was either less or comparable. They were willing to rotate the tires during future oil changes it turned out to be a significant savings.

This was how I spent my Thanksgiving, a flat on the highway, and when I tried to drive further to get to an exit I completely shredded the tire. The next day I got 2 new front tires at Metric, and they were able to replace the tire on the old rim saving me a great expense. I thoroughly recommend this shop

Convenient location, excellent service. It was a busy day I needed a NYS inspection. I had called multi places and it looked like I wasn't going to get it done by the end of the month, as needed. Metric Motors have a first come first service for NYS inspections! It was perfect; all done that day. Lots of room for sitting inside or out. There is coffee, wi-fi and a clean bathroom stocked with everything you could need while waiting. Great price too, highly recommend. Thank you Metric Motors.
