I've been bringing my cars here for over a decade because their service is consistently exceptional. They are fair with their pricing, incredibly honest about what needs to be fixed (and what can wait), and they always treat me with the utmost respect ( ok maybe the well deserved eye roll). I’ve been going to Walt’s ever since I got to buffalo since they are Triple A Certified. They’ve always been able to get me in, even when I call last minute for random emergencies. Recently my starter broke- and they were kind enough to drive out to me to take a look at it and even brought it back to the shop for repair. They always explain everything in detail, and the pricing has always been fair. I greatly appreciate their services and will continue going here for the foreseeable future!

gotten my car inspected here 3 years in a row service has always been good. since I haven't had any actual work done so I gave 4/5 stars but I'm sure the service is good as well . all the mechanics I interacted with have been kind. I usually leave some snacks for whoever is servicing my car and last year the mechanic came out to personally thank me when I picked it up which was nice

Services that were performed included state inspection, oil change with tire rotation. They did a great job.
