My new car, a VW from carvana broke down on me. Needed a lot of engine work. Valu got it done very expediently and worked with the warranty company for me to get it all done. Would definitely recommend!

It was my first experience working with DJ but my family has been going here for a long time. I brought my Kia Soul and I'm certain it singlehandedly boosted payroll hours and will be an outlier for Year Over Year profits a year from now. Y'all I can assure you that the folks working here are incredibly bright, with a passion for knowledge of how vehicles work (or don't work). My car, which I described as a hot dumpster fire in July, left that shop with such a glow up that I'm still getting used to having power steering. Under $500 for brakes is an INSANELY GOOD deal. 10 years ago my old Honda needed even less done on the brakes and it floated around the same price. I enjoy driving my car again and didn't feel judged at all for the state of it. Also the mechanic is really cool. Tattooed human with the snake bites if you see this, wanna be friends?

I recently went and had service done on October 16th, I had wheel bearings and a wheel alignment done. The service was excellent, the customer service was amazing, Brian and his team was very professional and welcoming, this is my second time and i have never been dissatisfied with the service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service done.

My wife recently brought our car to this shop and while the repair itself was covered under warranty and we were not charged, the condition in which the vehicle was returned to us was unacceptable. There were food crumbs left on the seats, grease on the interior, including a visible handprint on the steering wheel, and the car smelled strongly of fast food. Additionally, the vehicle’s weather/navigation app showed a recent location in North Tonawanda, which is not where we live and raised concerns about where the car was and how the vehicle was handled while in their care.

My mechanic! DJ is the best! I dread taking my car in, because its always....this, that and the other thing. Not here. At Valu, its "this is what's wrong, heres the fix". Nothing more, nothing less. I walk in there, and im greeted by friendly people. The service is fast, and they take care of their customers. My seat is put back to where it was, its kept clean, and I always feel comfortable leaving my investment with them
