Absolute amazing customer service! I love the product! So I ordered the Street Race exhaust kit from American Muscle that carried Solo Performance's product. AM had Solo's product labelled incorrectly. Their site had the product identity swapped showing Mach exhaust as Street Race and Street Race as Mach and when I ordered Mach wanting the street Race picture they still sent the Mach exhaust. Obviously the customer wouldn't know the difference unless they shopped on Solo Performance website 1st. Even still if I select Mach and it showed Street I should not have received the Mach exhaust still. So my mechanic unboxed and installed the exhaust system not knowing it was the wrong product. I drive my Roush and it doesn't sound the way I knew it should sound and discovered the wrong exhaust installed. I spent over 40 mins with AM to rectify the issue on my 1st call. I didn't really get anywhere. I call Solo Performance and then spend 2 mins. and received excellent customer service because the representative listened, showed empathy by saying I understand and I am sorry for what happened, and then he came up with an immediate solution. He didn't sound bothered and he sounded eager to help above and beyond. I was given the representative that handled online purchase orders and the customer service was amazing as well. That phone call took 5 mins. He listened, showed empath, spoke to me like a valued customer, and immediately came up with a solution and mailed me the part I needed free of charge. My initial order arrived in like 2 days, which was amazing! I received the new part also in 2 days, which leads to another part of their amazing customer service, which was the follow through. My second call to AM with a different rep also took over 40 mins. and I had to tell them what would be reasonable for the error. You see they were suppose to call Solo and when I called Solo I didn't have to wait. The representatives from AM displayed good customer service, but it seemed like they were very limited placing me on serval holds to get answers, giving me minor ultimatums to rectify the mistake, etc. We are almost 5 days since I heard back from AM and I guess I have to call them. You see, Solo Performance did all of this and the problem wasn't even their fault. They showed empathy when I explained I was over charged at AM for the wrongly labelled product and that I already paid labor to my mechanic for the install and would have to pay again. I came in looking for a catalytic converter and a resonator to quiet my exhaust down a bit. Told me my super modified car would burn up a catalytic converter because of all the mods, ( only thing modified was the air intake and aftermarket exhaust. Then they graciously offered to cut up a $900 magnaflow exhaust and add a resonator for the low price of 1700 dollars (no cat). Looool, bought a cat and quieter exhaust for less than that and installed it in 45 min in my driveway.
