I was just like you. Reading through reviews of auto shops to figure out where to get my car repaired. I saw how many positive reviews this place had and figured I'd give them a try. I was NOT disappointed. They do walk-ins, so they were able to evaluate my issue, provide a quote, and repair my dangling exhaust system in just about 2 hours at a very fair price. Their work comes with a lifetime warranty. Even the other customers in the waiting room were telling me about how good this place is, and how long they've been coming here because of the work they do and the honesty they provide. This place has an amazing reputation, and now I see why. My new neighborhood go-to for car repairs! I encourage you to come here.

I learned my lesson, sometimes you just need to have things done right the first time. “You get what you pay for,” tale as old as time. Joe and Tim are my Christmas miracle. I can actually drive my care safely to visit family out of state because of their quick and correct repair job. I don’t even want to post the horrible before photos from another shop that butchered my exhaust. Thanks Mufflerman staff

I was referred to Mufflerman by a very helpful and knowledgeable manager of my local AutoZone. I had asked him to check my car because my check engine light was on. What that had revealed was a catalytic converter issue. Not the news I wanted to hear. He had given me some advice as to where I may get a less expensive one, but also told me to check with Mufflerman and get an estimate before doing anything else, so that's what I did. I stopped in the next day after work. The manager who waited on me at the counter told me that I may not need a new one. It might be something that could be repaired. He told me that it would be about an hour and a half before they could look at it, so I chose to leave it there and walked home, and that they would call me before doing any of the work to let me know what was going on. Within a few hours the manager had called me and told me it was fixable and that I did not need a new catalytic converter. I was beyond happy with that. My total cost was under $250.00. Any other shop could have just told me that I needed a new one and charged me an arm and a leg. This place is honest. No appointments are needed, but they can get busy and I was there in the early afternoon. I would highly recommend them. Good customer service is the key, and this place has that and then some. 5 stars for sure!

My 3rd visit in about 12 years. Got me in almost immediately. Staff was super friendly. Joe, the tech who worked on my car was forthcoming and honest. In and out in less than an hour and a half. Price was very fair. These guys are pros and a Buffalo staple.

I had a great experience at Mufflerman today. The wait time to speak with someone was very short, and the team was extremely professional from start to finish. I came in looking to get some custom work done on my motorcycle muffler, and they were able to take care of the job the very same day. The quality of the work and the customer service were both excellent. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for fast, professional exhaust work.
