I had my 2017 Sentra towed here for a key fob connection issue. I am from out of state and was in NY for the holidays and my car would not start after changing the battery in the key fob and needed to be able to drive back down to South Carolina. I ended up having my spare key fob overnighted in the mail to me which ended up working so I did not need service on my car, but when I picked up my car. My Driver door handle was ripped off. And an ink pen exploded in my passenger side interior, which I was able to clean but for not even servicing my car how does this happen? I have tried to reach out by filling out their online contact form. I have pictures with Time stamps from immediately upon pickup. I did not go in to talk to them about this. I had to get back down to South Carolina. I drove immediately from the dealership down to South Carolina, and they didn’t even do anything to my car, they just made it worse. So thanks for that at this point, I’ve accepted the L and whatever but maybe think about not taking your car here. Not to mention they had horrible communication skills, I get it was around the holidays but the least you could do is not break my door handle ❤️ thanks sm!

I dropped off my Titan for electrical issues as the promise they had a loaner car ready for me the experience was great my truck was fixed. Vinny and the Steph were amazing I will definitely recommend Poughkeepsie Nissan for your service needs

View on GoogleI wish I could give these people more than 5 stars. They seriously show up for me time, and time, and time again. I’ve had multiple random computer issues with my 2022 pathfinder (let me be clear the car did not come from this dealership.) I’ve been through a rollercoaster of emotions and arguments with consumer affairs multiple times and the service team at PK Nissan has had my back, gone above and beyond to defend my cases, and made repairs in a timely manner. Shout out to Zach at reception for not only staying a little later when I arrived with the tow truck but for finding me a loaner car and getting me out the door with ease. Another shout out to Danny the service manager who answered every single time I called and even checked in on his day off. This team will be the only thing I’ll miss when I get rid of this vehicle.
