This was my third Mercedes purchase and by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a new car. Al showed us the vehicle and test drove with us. Very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Sue was a delight. Within days I was in the vehicle with zero stress, hold up or issues. Very very happy with my service and new C300.

We communicated entirely through email; he is professional, dedicated, and instantly found the car that fit my needs. He gave me an unbeatable offer and, most importantly, there was none of the traditional 'back and forth' negotiation games you typically have to deal with at a dealership. Everything was organized before my arrival, and the signing process was smooth and easy. The car was perfectly detailed and came with a full tank of gas. View on GoogleService customers BEWARE. I have serviced my Mercedes here regularly, but my most recent experience was completely unacceptable. I scheduled my vehicle for a Service B6 and arranged a loaner in advance. When dropping off my vehicle, I specifically explained to my service advisor that people could not hear me during phone calls when my phone was connected to the car. He stated they would look into the issue. The dealership had my car for an entire week, and not once did anyone contact me with an update, diagnosis, estimate, or recommendation. The only communication I received was a text saying my vehicle was ready for pickup. I picked up my car on the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend, and the dealership was practically empty. I paid my bill and left. The next day, while reviewing my invoice more carefully, I noticed I had been charged $249 for a diagnostic related to the phone/call issue. However, the invoice also stated “CLIENT DECLINED.” How exactly did I “decline” something when nobody contacted me at all? There was never a phone call, voicemail, text, or email explaining any diagnosis, repair recommendation, or cost. If a diagnosis was truly performed, then what exactly was found to be wrong? Nothing was explained to me whatsoever. What makes this even more frustrating is that THEY would not have known about this issue unless I brought it to their attention myself. I trusted them to investigate the concern honestly and communicate with me professionally. Instead, I was charged nearly $250 for a vague “diagnostic,” told I declined something I was never informed about, and sent on my way without any explanation or resolution. This experience felt dishonest, misleading, and extremely poor from a customer service standpoint. Transparency and communication are the bare minimum when customers are trusting you with luxury vehicles and expensive service charges. I will absolutely be questioning these charges and reconsidering future service here. UPDATE 06/11/2026 After I raised my concerns publicly, the service manager reached out to me, personally reviewed the matter, acknowledged and accepted responsibility on behalf of the dealership. Management worked towards a resolution as a goodwill gesture and has continued to follow up regarding scheduling. While I appreciate the manager’s professionalism and willingness to make things right, my original concerns remain valid. Customers should never have to discover charges or repair recommendations after the fact. Clear communication, documented authorization, and proactive updates should be standard practice, especially at a luxury dealership. I am updating my review because management ultimately addressed the issue, but I hope this experience serves as an opportunity for improvement in communication and customer service.
View on GoogleI don’t leave reviews too often but I will say, the atmosphere and service here is just great! I recently picked up a E400 coupe from my home state, NJ. I’m in the Wappingers falls area quite frequently. I said hey, just purchased this car let’s get some fresh oil in it. They were able to get a service done way sooner than I thought, and first thing in the morning, and it was done in no time. With other cars I’ve had, I found myself doing my own work, but now having this car, I want to service with these guys and keep my car healthy and have top tier quality work especially from these high knowledgeable guys. Also, I love the video the technician takes of the vehicle. Of course I love the great news they have, but open ears for anything that might be worth checking out. 10/10 service guys. Thank you!
