Probably the worst customer service experience I've had. 2 hours for an oil change. Over charged, Lied to. I couldn't have written a experience that could have been worse. Even moved my seat every way possible and erased the memory on it 🤦. I will not return

I don't have any negative feedback. I went for the 1st time here for an oil change. I arrived for my appt time and keys were accepted by Tim promptly. There was no wait. My toddler and I strolled around the store while car was being serviced. I am not a fan of Walmart but spent $75.29 that day and that includes my oil change. I was informed of when my car was being serviced until completion via text and finally via a phone call. It was a smooth and pleasant transaction. All needs met. Special thanks to Tim, Jamie, John, and Paul. Just realizing basically all Biblical names. Nonetheless I'd recommend and would come to do service again. I went yesterday told it was going be 3 hr wait I couldn't do it so they scheduled me oil change today 1230 anf they with do my. Tires same time found out. It a lie told me 4 hour wait for tires and might turn me down my key mess up their nothing but liars and try make me feel stupid when ik exactly was said yesterday their a joke

I went to get an oil change after school because I was on a tight schedule and needed it done as soon as possible. And even before I had heard some good things about the price of getting an oil change but soon that positively turned into a very negative experience for me. It took the mechanics 2 hours to drain the oil of my car and once it drained, they jammed the hood shut and couldn’t get it open. So I had waited 2 hours for my oil to be changed and eventually it had to be towed to a shop because they weren’t qualified to even pop up a hood of a car. so now I’m 5 days without a car because of the incompetence of walmart employees.

It's common place to see negative reviews when the entitled individual has everything to complain about or refused service for something that they can't have their way. Overall tis particular shop pushes 60+ vehicles a day.. They do everything they can to bring satisfaction with value and affordable prices.
