I had my Nissan worked on here recently . Guy was very nice and willing to work with me ! My car was fixed in 3 days ! And there was communication the whole time before anything was done or put on and he went above and beyond I will highly recommend here! Now me and my kids can feel safe in my car and not have to stress thank you so much !!

Back in September i took my van in and wastold 3 days to have my van fixed, it took 3 weeks. They never returned any of my calls. They never called to inform me of any updates or that my van was done. When I did get my van back i had to take it right back due to a transmission fluid leak as soon as i got it back i hadto turn right around and take if back cause it was still leaking, and one more time after that as well. Now my van is back again transmission blew up again not even 5 months of having back and its the same process all over again told me just a couple of days now going on two weeks no return calls no updates. If it wasnt for the warranty on the transmission I would have never came back to this place. Super unprofessional, disrespectful and just annoying to deal with these people. I would highly recommend any other place besides affordable transmission.

I found affordable trans, on line the trans went out in my car my car was sitting at another shop for two weeks I had to deal with a nasty owner which there was no communication after checking around I called a few other trans shops I would get they had no time, then I found affordable trans, in horseheads the owner answered my call, I told him what I was going threw, he said get your car here we will get started in the morning, I called my ins company had my car towed from eagle trans from Elmira to affordable trans in that week my car was done, Great ! Great! Service Great communication, any problems with your vehicle take your vehicle there you will be very happy you did i was.😁

My daughter and I have each had our vehicles repaired here once. They are very kind and respectful and bent over backwards to make sure that it was in our price range. They also took the time to explain some maintenance to my daughter. Many blessings upon them.
