Great service! Came to me and picked up my lawn mower and brought it back. Even went as far as mowing my lawn for me when repairs took longer than anticipated. Knowledgeable, thoughtful and affordable. Highly recommend

I brought my zero turn lawn mower here a while back. Throughout my experience they were hard to get a hold of by phone. I showed up in person. There was someone there vacuuming that ignored me for a good 10 minutes. I finally found the mechanic who was nice but could tell me nothing about pricing. I had made several partially successful attempts to fix it myself but it had gotten beyond my limited ability to fix so when I finally got a hold of someone they picked it up to work on it. They called me a few days after said everything was done and gave me a price. It was a little higher than I expected but not too bad. When he described all they had done it seemed like they had taken some liberties in fixing other items we had not discussed. I was able to negotiate (pretty easily) a lower price which made me feel better about the liberties I felt like they had taken so I didn't think much of it. A year later, having forgotten the previous experience, I called to see about getting my snow blower some basic maintenance (oil change, new spark plug, etc). I remembered there was some fixed fee for this. The guy who answered the phone was not able to tell me prices but said it was on the website. There is (what appears to be) a fixed fee listed for this on their website of $69.95 for service for large snow blowers. I brought it in and asked for this "service" specifically mentioning an oil change and a new spark plug. A few days later I got a call from the "sales guy" saying the work was done and that the total was $275. I asked why it was so much more than the $69.95. He told me it needed a bunch of other work including putting new belts on. I asked if they normally do extra work without getting authorization from the customer. He paused and responded "well, we are just here to help". Not sure what that meant in this situation. I asked what could be done about this. He said they could take the new belts off and put the old belts back on. Having no clue if it really needed the extra work and feeling generous and not wanting him to have to eat everything, I said "what if we just leave it as it is and I give you $175". He said there is no way he could do that and explained how much everything costs. He said "how about $172.80?". At this point I was confused as to why he would make a lower offer (maybe he misheard me) so I just accepted. I went to pick it up a couple days later. It was 4:50 pm (they close at 5). I walked in the door. There was no one at the desk so I pushed the button that said "push for service" and heard a ring but no one came. I waited for a bit and finally walked around the shop and into the back but didn't see anyone. So I found my snow blower, brought it out to my vehicle, found a couple boards for ramps laying around out front among all the sundry small engine parts scattered around and loaded up my snow blower. I felt like I should at least call and leave a message and explain what I had done. I called and to my surprise someone answered. I explained what had happened and what I had done. He said "I was around back. I thought I heard the ring but I wasn't sure". He asked if I had paid (which I had over the phone) and if I was sure I got my snow blower. I told him I had paid and it was definitely mine and even had the tag they had attached with my name on it. Then we hung up and off I went. In summary, the customer service is pitiful and I am starting to think they purposefully do extra work, over charge and hope you will pay for it. If not they pretty quickly come down on the price and make you think you are getting a deal. Would not recommend this place.
View on GoogleLet's start off with he ran into my garage door damaging it on camera when I wasn't home. My mower he was working on has been to his shop twice now for a fuel leak that still isn't fixed and that all cost me $800. He says he will send out a contractor to fix my door but has yet to do so. Won't pay me the $350 to fix it myself and comes up with excuse after excuse. It's been 3 weeks now since he ran into my garage door and still nothing. I won't even go into spending $800 to still have fuel leaking from somewhere on my mower. I trusted this guy to do the right thing and I definitely was wrong.
View on GoogleI took my lawnmower there to get a general servicing done. They had it for over 2 weeks and did nothing to it. It's a 35 year old mower but I've never had any issues with it. They told me they didn't work on it because it wasn't worth putting money into. No phone call to tell me anything. Didn't return calls. He said they couldn't even get it started. The only plus was they sharpened the blade and didn't charge me anything. I got the mower home, cleaned the carburetor, changed the oil, filled the gas tank, and it started on the 3rd pull. I definitely won't be back.
View on GoogleFixed up my blower quickly at a reasonable price. Edited. Had a 5 star review for great service in 2020, had to return blower for seemingly no fault of theirs. This experience was completely different. Was told I needed to pay 300 dollars for something bent in the motor, but these guys are the only ones who have touched the motor on a pretty much new blower. Shady business would highly recomend trusting all these bad reviews. Had to pay 150 to get my broken blower back.
