Just stopped to get oil changed on my work van and they informed me they now charge your credit card for using it! I own a small business and take all major Credit Cards and i do not do that to my customers! They can take my 4 vehicles OUT OF THE SYSTEM! Hell, oil changes are high enough as it is, and now these major corporations want to charge the consumer for using a credit card. Goodbye Quicklube!!

​Poor communication and irritable staff. They seemed bothered that I brought my own oil and filter. They provided zero feedback on the engine's condition and even admitted they didn't look at the old filter. Very different experience than the Elmira branch. Save your money and go somewhere that actually values customer interaction.

Best place ever! Also first time I ever experienced a sit in vehicle oil change, literally drive up and stay in, they do the rest. Very clean, organised, and the guys working were amazing. The whole thing took less than 15 minutes! I was very grateful because my work schedule plus a last minute trip out of state had me trying to figure how best to work in this necessity, it was awesome! Highly recommended!
