I had to upgrade to a larger family vehicle so I went to Martins Auto Sales and experienced some unexpected severe mechanical issues shortly after my purchase. Martins Auto went above and beyond to make sure the problems were fixed in a timely manner and that my family was taken care of. The customer service is OUTSTANDING. None like any other car sales lots I’ve ever done business with. They treat you like family there and that in itself is enough to keep my business and recommendations. They aren’t just after your money, they diligently want to make sure you’re truly satisfied with your purchase. If you or someone you know needs a vehicle that is affordable and you’re like me and you can’t trust everyone to be honest, Martins is the place to go! Be careful here as they pick vehicles up from auction which Is completely normal but clearly don’t look over their vehicles before they hit the lot I bought a ram 2500 Three days after purchase check engine light so upon bringing to ram dealer learning that that’s a transmission issue I contact martins owner and he strings me along ahh that’s bullshit they just want ur money keep driving it I’ll help anyway I can. At no point tell me bring the vehicle back Just keep driving it Well vehicle breaks down have it towed for what? Transmission well u think ur ok 30 day warranty on engine trans right. Nope. 30 days or 1000 miles. Truck was broken from the day that I bought it. It was too to keep driving a broken truck clearly to go over the warranty miles him knowing I already lived a significant amount of miles away. Long story short 14600 dollar bill. Half what I paid for the truck. It’s not my money u guys spending but this place does not back their customers

Martin’s auto did a repair on a pleasant valley electric truck for us. Replaced tires, brakes, fixed our lift gate, and replaced parts to remove a check engine light. Their estimate came in close to the final bill even with all the diagnostic work involved. And they kept us in the loop on progress. We will use Martins auto again!

Martin’s customer service was great! They were very knowledgeable about my car and able to explain the problem and the fix to me in layman’s terms. I came to them after another garage had me waiting all day, charged me, gave me one sentence as to what was wrong with my car, and told me repairs would cost upwards of $700 when they misdiagnosed the problem! Martins did the repair for $300 and they got me in and out before I had to go to work.
