I brought in my work truck for some regular maintenance. Jake was able to get an appointment faster than anyone else in the area. He ended up finding some other issues while working on it, fixed the extra issues, and was still able to get it done on time for me. Jake is a great guy and the crew he has is one of the best I’ve used in the Elmira/Corning area. I will absolutely be using Jake’s automotive for my work vehicles and my personal vehicles moving forward!

I highly recommend this place to anybody. Jake got me in within a half an hour of calling. He fixed my transmission issue quickly and also did some exhaust work for me on the fly when I asked about it. He was so friendly and very helpful. Also the price could not be beat. I was honestly shocked that I got that level of professional service AND that it was so affordable. Take your car here, you will be well taken care of.

What do you do when your car shuts off, 3 hrs from home, on 86, and you have to get it repaired? GO TO JAKE'S! There is nothing worse that not knowing where you are or where to take your car! Someone was looking out for me on Friday, as I was brought by the best tow truck driver to Jake's! He had my vehicle diagnosed before it was off the truck, had it fixed, and me out the door in 30 minutes! I couldn't have asked for a better experience, a friendlier atmosphere, and can 100% say that I would send all of my family and friends to them! He even got me back on the road in time to get to my nephew's t-ball game! Thankful for this business! GO TO THEM!

Got some routine maintenance done here. Jake is extremely knowledgeable and provides excellent customer service. He was able to fit me in last minute and gave me some great advice for maintaining my vehicle. He does his work timely and at a very fair competitive price. Strongly recommend bringing your best vehicles to Jake!

Needed my car fixed quick. Got ahold of Jake within the hour and was able to have it fixed same day. Couldn’t even get to the shop due to my work but he got it fixed up and ready to pick up by the end of the day. Phenomenal service and communication… Will be only using Jake’s from now on!
