The entire staff, from sales to service, are by far the best customer service I've experienced. After being hit by a deer on my '24 Street Glide, and surviving, they assisted me with the insurance process that involved the bike being totaled, they removed all the custom parts for me, and they assisted me with purchasing a new '25 CVO Road Glide. They're in the process of installing some additional upgrades for me, and they're going to store it for the winter so I can pick it up in the spring. I can't thank them enough for making the process as seamless as they did! I appreciate all of you!

One of the best motorcycle dealerships I have ever been to! Beautiful facility, friendly staff, tons of used and new bikes in stock, and very reasonable prices. This was my first visit, but won't be my last!

This is the second ATV I have brought to Arkport Cycle, each time they have solved the problem and had very fast turn around. Ashley was great over the phone to arrange the drop off and she was at the desk when I picked it up. Jim was working the service desk when I dropped off the ATV and he asked a bunch of questions on what the issue was and said we will take care of it. They did and it's running great. Great people and easy to get to."

a. "I purchased a Fatboy in November 2024. I am very happy with the entire purchase process and love the bike. I returned to Arkport to purchase a Honda Pioneer with a plow in time for the last big snowfall. I have a fairly long drive way I had stopped plowing, I just drove through the snow. I had to start plowing again because delivery drivers didn't like driving through my tire tracks lol. Anyway, Adam was my sales rep for both purchases and he is great. The service department is also great as they got my old Suzuki Eiger running again when I was ready to junk it!"

Excellent service! Any questions I had were answered, an was treated well from the time I walked in the door till my new fourwheeler was loaded up! I can't remember her name but shout out to the new girl who went thru the the final paperwork process. Excellent services!
