I purchased a vehicle at Summit View Auto (their sister store). I was assured that a few problems that the vehicle had when i test drove it would be fixed before I took delivery. The issues popped up right after I left the dealership and then again a few days later. I was put into contact with Wayne, the service manager and he got my vehicle in quickly to get the issues resolved. He was incredibly kind and restored my faith in my purchase. Thank you Wayne!

Purchase the car was high miles was told if it’s something that was missed they will take care of it upon picking up vehicle. My rear tail light was cracked with water in it which they fixed a week later I noticed it was oil everywhere brought it to my brother shop they took the spark plugs out. They were rusty with oil on them. The upper timing chain gasket went, which was leaking the mechanics there told me that there is no gasket in there. Yes there is a gasket in there and it’s bad. They looked at it three times and I got frustrated because they kept saying it was the valve cover it’s something they can’t do. It’s too big of a job. I got tired Ordered the timing chain gasket kit for $25 fix it in my driveway. I chose to redo the valve cover seal just due to the high miles which it was not leak leaking. Both kit cost me a total of $50. My car has not leaked in over a year and a half. Matt still has not called me to let me know which one of his people said the car was OK to sell and be put on the lot which the motor was never clean or checked, it was filthy and they just shined up the motor cover with armor. I could’ve got seriously hurt due to this lack of laziness The mechanics do not know how to fix BMW or Audi’s, but thank God I’m a mechanic and my Works at a shop But please, if you read this please take my word and definitely look at the engine before purchasing your car for them

Amazing experience, Matt is an impeccable, down to earth salesman, who made the whole experience easy, and comfortable, he is very knowledgeable, which helped instill confidence in the decision to purchase from them. And Andrew is also pleasant, and approachable, and really the whole team seems great! Never once did anyone come across as pushy or pressuring, and the whole process was relatively quick, and painless. They really put in the work to do their best to get you where you're looking to be financially. Ridgeview was the first stop, went to one other lot after, got bad vibes, and It was basically, "let's just go back to Ridgeview, and see what else they have." Vibes are important!! Especially when youre making such a big purchase!!! Ridgeview passed the vibe check immediately, we just weren't in love with the first car we checked out there, great car, solid, just didn't check all of our boxes. But, the experience we had there was so positive, and welcoming, we were going to go test drive that one again, until we found a different car on their lot. Literally could not speak more highly of them. Thank You Matt, and the whole Ridgeview team!!!
