We were recommended this auto shop by in laws since we were in need of repairs to our car that was dented. We received great service from Tyler and the owner. We were first time customers and Tyler communicated with us throughout the entire process. He handled the paperwork with our insurance and made the process so simple for us. He was quick and efficient fixing our car and the repair came out amazingly. We got our car back in 3 weeks and it looks brand new. We’re really happy with his service and definitely recommend this auto shop.

I had an amazing experience with this body shop from start to finish. They truly treated me like family and made the whole process stress free. They handled everything for me, including dealing with the insurance company and helping me get a rental car quickly. Communication was great throughout the entire process, and they really took care of me every step of the way. The quality of the work was excellent, and my car came back looking perfect. They even detailed my car before giving it back to me, which was such a nice touch and really showed how much they care about their customers. You can tell they genuinely go above and beyond. Tyler, the owner, is an exemplary human being who went above and beyond what any body shop would normally do. The whole process was seamless, and the communication was second to none from the start. I’ve been bringing my vehicles to West John Auto since 2015, and they always deliver excellent service. They’ve done repair work and replaced my brake pads in the past, and I just went back to them for an inspection today. Every single time, their work is top-notch, the service is incredibly fast, and their pricing is very reasonable. It is hard to find a shop that is this honest, affordable, and efficient. Highly recommend them for anything from routine inspections to major repairs! This shows potential customers that you are a loyal, returning client, which makes the review even more trustworthy.

I am absolutely flabbergasted that this business has not been reported or flagged more often. This was, without question, the worst experience I have ever had with an auto repair shop. My car needed a radiator replacement, and I was immediately quoted an exorbitant price for parts and labor. When I asked for a breakdown of the costs, the owner changed what he had previously told me and claimed the price of the part was different from what he originally stated. His demeanor throughout the entire interaction was condescending, dismissive, and mocking. Because my car was not drivable, I had it towed there and felt I had little choice but to leave it. When I returned to pick it up, I was told I had to pay before I could even verify the repair. I politely asked to see the work first, but he refused. I even asked him to come with me so I could inspect the vehicle, and he simply said, “The car is open, go see for yourself.” When I checked under the hood, I couldn't even start the car because he was still holding the key. He insisted that I pay before he would allow me to turn the car on and confirm that it was running properly. The radiator looked exactly the same as when I left it, with the same residue, stains, and buildup from the leaking fluid. Despite my concerns, I took him at his word and paid. Only after receiving payment did he hand over the key. The entire experience felt controlling and intimidating. His attitude was unnecessarily hostile, and the way he treated me was upsetting enough to bring me to tears. To make matters worse, while driving home, smoke began coming from under the hood. I now have to take my car somewhere else to determine what is actually wrong because I refuse to return and deal with that behavior again. I spent a significant amount of money and received terrible customer service, questionable workmanship, and an incredibly stressful experience. I would strongly advise others to stay away from this shop.
