Absolutely the best experience I ever had dealing with a body shop. My car was returned on mew condition. The work was impeccable.

I had my vehicle repaired here after a tree fell on it, and the process took over 4 months to complete. Throughout the repair, multiple estimated completion dates were provided and repeatedly missed. While delays can happen, the consistent pattern of shifting timelines made it very difficult to plan around being without a vehicle for such an extended period. After the repair, I was initially told there were multiple traffic tickets tied to loaner vehicles and my card was charged without authorization. After several follow-ups, it was later clarified that there was only one ticket, which I then confirmed was not mine. This required unnecessary back-and-forth to resolve and added to the overall frustration. Arlette at the front desk was very helpful and communicative, but overall the length of the repair and the handling of this situation made the experience very disappointing.

I recently got into an accident In Hicksville which was not at fault bc the idiot fishtailed me lol and was recommended to use AAA-1 auto body and towing. Arlette was extremely helpful and kept me in the loop ever step of the way, the car was fixed in a reasonable time frame and the car was cleaned and detailed for me when I picked it up today.. I wld definitely recommend this place with similar experience just all around get service

Brought my car in for a deep scratch repair, it had also accumulated a little rust. It only took a few days and it looks brand new again! They even offered us a shuttle ride within local means. Mike and all of the other staff are so pleasant and friendly to deal with. The price was really great, 10/10 recommend!!

They are amazing! They worked on my Jeep and it looks brand new! Easy to communicate with and very meticulous in what they do. Highly recommend!! Look for Kenny- he’s awesome!!
