This body shop is really a big and nasty threshold. This place is no way to get even a one star . Gaico gave them one month estimate time on 7th October to fix my car and today is 4th December, over a month of the given time and the car is not fix yet and they don't know when it will be ready. I was expecting the car will be ready by mid of November. After that they giving me time one more week in every week. What the he'll they are doing with my car????? No one should pick the place to get their car service .

This body shop is outstanding They’re professional and they get the job done on time. I would especially like to thank David who is courteous and patient no matter how many questions you have. He explains everything and he’s very transparent. Thank you Scappy Auto Body for getting my vehicle done on time. They also do Towing to their shop and insurance estimates on site.

I had my car fixed here after an accident. Pointed out a spot on the bumper where it wasn’t clipping in all the way. Staff argued that it would require replacing the whole bumper and the as a complicated, expensive fix. I’ve always trusted this place as we have been going to them for decades. Recently rear ended someone and the headlight needed to be replaced and my regular mechanic ended up looking at the bumper. He fixed the issue by just changing out a minor piece on the bumper. Not going here again. For what they were paid for the repair there is no reason such a minor issue should have been neglected.

I was recommended by Westbury Toyota to fix a broken tail light that someone hit & on 2021 Toyota Pryus Prime you must Remove the whole bumper as per the the guy I was talking & trust me after I saw it with my own eyes they did a great Job & I was a mechanic for 20 years in Levittown @ J&J Sunoco but I cannot fix cars any more so I brought it to Scrappy
