Came by for help replacing brake module in our Honda. Found Royal Stand on Google and the reviews were comforting. My experience is another positive entry. Mr. Eric is a true professional who will not miss any detail. How do I know, traces of work done in different shops were highlighted without my input. He went as far as to doing TLC work on an area that was not a part of our contract. In short, they have earned our loyalty.

Truly the best auto mechanic and customization shop I’ve ever experienced. Eric is the owner and he always answers the phone himself. My husband’s known him since high school. He always spends time on the phone with you, thoroughly explains everything as well as presents multiple options with zero pressure and zero rush. For example, he just spent 20+ minutes on the phone helping me look through multiple tire replacement options for my car to make sure I got the best tires. He also fixed a pretty nasty dent with deep scratches PERFECTLY with some fancy technique he explained in depth to me. Now, I can’t even find where the scratches and dents were. He used the same paint from the car itself so there was no mis-matched color patch, which I would’ve hated. A different dealer wanted to repaint the entire door, and the minute difference in color would’ve bothered me. He’s spend time explaining other car related things even when in the end I didn’t need to use him - he truly seems like he’s here to help, not to make a quick buck. I trust his opinion 1000% (which is important as a woman myself) and will continue to use his business as long as I live on Long Island.

I had a stealth hitch with harness installed on my 2022 x5 45e. Eric and his team did the installation, coded the vehicle, and did an incredible detail on my x5. He was communicative and very detailed in his execution. Eric was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!!!

Definitely use Royal Standard is my recommendation!!!! If you are looking for an expert mechanic and guaranteed excellent work, don't waste your time looking anywhere else. Eric made an extremely stressful situation non existent for me by handling everything from filing the claim on my behalf, reserving a car rental for me, and basically doing everything to get the job done without my having to deal with any of the hassle that comes with it. To say Eric is amazing to deal with, extremely personable and very professional would be an understatement.
