Even one star is a lot for this shop. Arsh or Harsh was in charge for my car repair does not know what he’s doing. I went for maintenance to change the spark plug and later my car was not running fine and check engine light got turned on. He made me change ignition coil. It still didn’t fix the issue. Then he was stating it could be cylinder or electrical problem. He could not find the faulty spark plug and trying to create lot of drama and made me pay more. I would not recommend this place. I should have checked the reviews before coming to this shop. I hope this helps other customers.

I was your there 8:30am to change just oil? I asked the guy he told me to wait 20 to 25 minutes. I say OK after that one girl came we still in the line and they let her come front of us and tell us she was here before and I left. I thought maybe one more Girl came they let her come front of us and I have to wait that sucks if you want to waste your time go to the shop ………….

I had a great experience! The one mechanic Arsh was so friendly and polite! I could tell he worked quickly and efficiently on my car and made sure it was safe for me to drive! Honest pricing too I always felt other mechanics ripped me off but he explained everything so well! He was patient and did a great job! Would highly recommend!!

After moving to Virginia, I still drive up once to twice a year to have Arsh the mechanic take a look at my car. Dependable and affordable shop! 10/10 would recommend. Always able to help me understand the services I’m paying for as I don’t know much about cars. Professional and reliable small shop.
