Lenny, was absolutely incredible. His customer service is phenomenal. He kept me updated every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the repair. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. The beautiful lady behind the front desk was just as wonderful. Super friendly, welcoming, and organized. Every time I walked in I felt taken care of. When I picked up my car I honestly couldn’t believe it. It looks perfect, like nothing ever happened. The attention to detail is top tier. They even returned it clean and looking brand new. If you need body work done, this is the place to go. Professional, honest, and high quality service all around. Five stars without a doubt.

I used Maiden’s auto body after a minor accident. I was able to easily schedule and appointment and was done within 10 min after dropping the car off. I received constant updates on my car, and repairs were done on time. They even ensured that I have a rental vehicle available while , while repairs were done. Communication was great.
