Took my car in due to an onslaught of bird droppings that had baked into the paint and left visible marks after several wash attempts as well as various swirls and imperfections in the paint of the hood, bumper, and fenders. I had the pleasure of working with John. He was personable and thorough as we looked over the vehicle to identify issues in the paint. Pricing was fair and reasonable. He suggested a wet sand and agreed to do the entire nose of the car. John and JVC went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was returned in excellent condition even insisting on keeping the vehicle an extra day to make sure he got the job done right.
