When you express your concerns to him and Shaji (29 years of experience) devote ample time to fully comprehend your issue. Subsequently, they present you with a comprehensive diagnosis and provide recommendations. What sets them apart is their commitment to finding parts that precisely meet your needs without straining your budget, never resorting to overselling. If they believe your brake pads still have considerable life left, they are forthright about it, never pressuring you into an unnecessary replacement. Their authenticity was further attested when I entrusted them with my girlfriend's car. With limited knowledge about cars, she handed them a report from Pep Boys. To our astonishment, they deemed certain diagnoses excessive and unnecessary, focusing solely on the urgent requirements and offering significantly lower costs compared to Pep Boys.
