I've been here more than once with my truck and my wife's Lexus and very good experiences. Reasonable prices for the work that was done and good guidance on maintenance that's needed on both the truck and my wife's car thanks again.

My son called this place and spoke with Paul regarding the issue he’s having with his vehicle and he told him it’s $145 for the diagnostic. I told my son to call back and find out if they will apply the fee towards the work he’s getting done because I had someone who waived the fee for me in the past when I completed the work with them. Paul told my son they don’t do charity work there, to go else where. This is the type of customer service you are in for if you go to these unprofessional people. A simple no would have been sufficient, but he had to throw in his sarcasm. I spoke with him last week as well and he sounds extremely rude like he’s bored of life and doesn’t want to be bothered

I have a very dependable, but older car, so having reliable mechanics is very important to me. I first came to this shop a few months ago and have used them for several repairs since then. Based on the repairs and discussions from those visits, I am confident in saying that Hicksville Car Care provides very competent, careful repair work and genuinely honest advice, at a reasonable cost. I am delighted to have found them to care for my car.

Went in based on review to change brake pads, trying to pass annual inspection. Another place gave an exorbitant quote, did not seem right. Joe and Carlos were very friendly and helpful. Ordered the parts and quickly did everything. They are good and people know it. Drop off your car early in the morning. I got there 8:20 on Sat, already a few ahead of me. First class service. Honest mechanic is in grossly short supply. Diamond in the rough! I'm glad I found them. Will be going for future services.
