I had a major problem with the radio in my 2018 Outback. Brought it in to Grand Prix Subaru in Hicksville, Kevin was my service contact. He was amazing right from the start. He kept me posted in a timely manner about the repair and the cost and he gave me a realistic timeline for the service and when I could expect to pick up my vehicle. In the meantime, he was able to get me into a loaner so that grt to my office Instead of hanging around the dealership. Really good high quality experience. This is why Subaru in Hicksville has my loyalty for many years.

Kevin our service advisor is a great pro. Grand Prix Subaru only has the best at their establishment. Kevin saw to our needs to keep our 2018 Forester in tip top mechanical condition. I’d recommend him and Grand Prix in a heartbeat! He took care of scheduled maintenance changing fluids and drive train management to keep this reliable vehicle running for many years!

Took a little longer than it should have. But, this was because my service rep got the part covered under my extended warranty and the warranty company (as usual) dragged their feet. So that is not on Subaru. They smartly loaned me a brand new version of my current vehicle. Now my wife and I will be in to see our salesman soon to purchase our third Subaru from him. From the time you walk in the door you are always greeted warmly, no salesmen running from the shadows to pressure you. Then after purchase you get a call just to make sure you had a good experience. Then you deal with service. Once again always greeted with a smile and always satisfied with the service and work. I have and will continue to highly recommend this dealership.

Service team at Grand prix are Great. Kevin our agent was very friendly and kept me updated on the status of our oil change as I waited. He also informed me that the battery was slow to start, & since the car was under warranty they would change the battery at no charge. There were a few other things that we could elect to do, which I did choose to do one the cabin filter replacement)
