Service is okay, they balanced the tires better than the dealership. Online ordering was a hassle; looked up the correct size tires, Walmart.com started showing the wrong results so I accidentally ordered the wrong tires. At least the return was simple and it was back in my bank account the next day. They did mention something about my bearings or tie rod after I said something about having to scoot along to my inspection, (and only then-no mention beforehand) but driving there I changed lanes often, slowed down, sped up and let go of the steering wheel and I heard no clunks or squeals and wasnt pulled to the right. Place that did inspection also jacked my car back up and wiggled the tires in front of me to demonstrate how tight they were. A little sus but no harm no foul since I stuck to my guns about upselling.

Purchased tires with installation and didn't receive the insulation. One of the tires was a carry in. They claimed lug nuts wouldn't come off. They are new lug nuts and the lug nuts was just off yesterday. This walmart doesn't want change tires. There was no reason why they didn't put a new tire on the carry in. Do not recommend them changing tires bad experience 😒

Worst place to go DO NOT GO HERE drove 25 minutes here to get my tire replaced remind you I replaced all my tires 4 months ago one caught a nail so I’m there to replace the one with the nail they proceed to take my car then 15 minutes later deny my car lying saying my tire is at a 2 COMPLETE bullshit i went to another Walmart in Utica got it replaced NO PROBLEM they also said the tire they was complaining about didn’t have low tread at all personally I feel It was racial discrimination if you’re thinking about going here PLEASEEEE turn around they are not friendly people and it’s obvious they need corporate to retrain them asap! Good day

Made an appropriate online because this was the only location that had availability on short notice. Drive 45 mins to the shop only to walk in and be told that they can do the oils change unless there are 2 people in the shop and in person just went to lunch. When they come back the other person is going to lunch. I then asked if I could come back in 2 hours only to be told no that they they would be closed!!!! Meanwhile closing is listed as 7pm and it’s 3:30. Something is systematically wrong here and if this is the business then they should just close or reduce hours until they can handle the basic auto works offered.

Joseph and Steven were professional and patient. Gave us great advice and made us smile while we dealt with a tire emergency on a long-distance trip. Very grateful for their help.
