Route 11 Motor Sports

My boyfriend and I recently bought a Honda Civic from Rt 11 Motorsports and I can honestly say that it is the best vehicle I have ever owned! Service was great and they weren't the slight bit pushy for us to buy. They just gave us the key and let us test drive it, and the only issue we had was the breaks on the car. However, they fixed those up immediately and we were able to get the car in just a few days They were also really up front and transparent with us on the break issue, the process, warranties, and even with financing options. Overall, we had a great experience, and I would buy from them again!

Recently purchased a 2010 Toyota Rav 4 from there, the very next morning after picking up the vehicle 3 lights came on the traction control light, the 4 wheel drive light and ABS light. I called them and left numerous messages about the issues with no return calls so I decided to call using a different phone # and they answered I explained the problem and was told take it to their mechanic down the road and tell them coming from Route 11 motorsports and they would pay for everything, The mechanic after setting up appointment told me was bad wheel bearing some switch and some link he got a hold of the owner George and he said not paying for anything and whatever the warranty covers is it the rest is on me its not his problem, I called George and he said "You didn't buy the car from me bought you from my salesmen so not my problem" So had to get fixed so had to pay out of my pocket also was supposed to get car detailed was told would set up appointment at later date after asking George about that he said "he told me he tried calling you numerous times to set appointment" I said "I did not get any messages and no missed calls" George said "well that's what he told me" I said " you are the owner right?" he said "yes but I didn't sell you the car so not my problem" Don't buy a car from them as many lies were told just to sell you a car as read a lot of the reviews as I should have done before buying this vehicle > Lesson learned

George and Jamie were amazing! They got my daughter in a safe reliable first vehicle. They went above and beyond to make sure she got a car she could afford and walked us through every step to get her car fast. 10/10 would recommend route 11 Motorsports for a clean and reliable vehicle.

i recently purchased a vehicle from them and they were wonderful from the start. the owner george was awesome and his finances guy jamie is pretty amazing too!!! well my car ended up having throttle issues and my car became undriveable. i reached out to their mechanic and i was quoted $532+tax. i reached out to jamie and he and george took ownership of the issue. i’m so thankful for all the help they have given me!!!! their customer service is a 10 out of 10 for me! if i could go higher than 5 stars i would!!!!

My daughter purchased a vehicle on October 16th 2024. After completing paperwork and driving away, the check engine light came on less than 2 miles down the road. Called them immediately, they were gone - had to leave message. Told me to go to Autozone to get code checked. We did and sent them the code. I brought to my mechanic and he quoted me $400 to have secondary air injection pump replaced. They said their mechanic said it would be $330, so I could bring it there or they would reimburse me if my mechanic did it. I chose to have my mechanic fix. It has been 2 weeks since I had it fixed. I sent them the receipt. Texted three times and called and left a message. Guess what - no reply! Also, my mechanic told me that the frame in the rear is rotten and probably won't pass inspection next year. When I told them this the owner said "We can't predict how long a vehicle will last. Our only responsibility is that is passes inspection before we sell it." Unbelievable, so you are ok with selling a car that "passes" inspection, but is not really worthy. My daughter is a college student who saved $6500 for a car to get her through school. It is very disheartening to know that is probably not going to be the case. These people are not honest and do not stand behind their vehicles. I strongly warn anyone against purchasing from them. This is really a zero star review, but had to click on one star to post. Disgusted to say the least.
