Literally Cannot say anything bad about my experience! Found a car I was interested online pressed interested- and rest was history (Melissa internet girl she calls herself hahaha was helpful with any questions online, John Lindsey(very impressed with his non salesman annoyance) drove me over in the golf cart, handed me the keys.Hours later I cleaned out my trade and was driving home in my cute new reliable wheels! I do not have the best credit and Mike the General Manager worked through things applied our 1st responder discount and made it happen! I will be sending my referrals here very impressed!

On March 13th I purchased a vehicle, not even 24 hours later the check engine light came on. I immediately went to Auto Zone they diagnosed it, it was an oil pressure sensor. I called the dealership told them what happened they said to bring it in. I explained to them if it had to be kept I needed a loaner vehicle. I was told they had none available at the time and they would let me know when they had one. Being a dealership you’d figure they can accommodate their customers some how seeing the vehicle wasn’t even off the lot 24 hours. 3 days later no phone call. I proceeded to drop the vehicle off as I was going outta town for a few days. Three days later I was called and said it was all set to be picked up. When I picked it up there was a paper on the seat stating the oil had been changed. About a week and a half later the began to sputter once again the check engine light was blinking this time it would barely drive. I called again they said to bring it out. So once again I did. This time I was told it was possibly oil leaking into the vehicle someplace as it was down 3 quarts in less than 400 miles of driving. AGAIN no loaner for me. Was told it was ok to drive until one was available. I barely made it home. I refused to drive it back there again I wanted it towed as there was obviously a huge issue. But I need a loaner, the minute I mentioned getting a lawyer involved they got a loaner. The vehicle was towed back to the dealer 8 days ago. I did get a ride to pick up the loaner which is absolutely disgusting! Dirty, smells awful. I was told since I needed one so quickly it wasn’t able to be cleaned first! My vehicle needs a new engine. But remind you it was”ok to drive”. Last time I’ve heard anything was last week they were waiting on the motor. I’ve asked several times for them to make my first payment on the vehicle since it’s been in the shop more than I’ve had it. I was told by the smug salesman John that I have a “ free loaner “! Free??? Isn’t that how you accommodate your customers when the vehicle is two weeks old and needs a motor? Absolutely disgusting and disgraceful the way I’ve been treated. I chose this place because it was recommended by someone who had a great experience. Well for me I’d give zero stars as a rating if I could. I’ve taken pictures of the nasty loaner I was given. Needless to say I will never go here again or recommend to anyone. Still waiting on an update after 8 days, and crickets regarding the payment.

He was straight to the point. Straight to the pricing information for me. Got me in the truck I wanted. I have to say the best experience I ever had buying a car. I appreciate you all. Very welcoming from the beginning. If you need a car and are in doubt for any reason. I promise you they will get you into a new vehicle sooner than you may think. Take a try and give them a call.
