Mark's Service Center-Automotive repair

​Had a great first experience here. My AC was blowing hot air, so I called and Andrea got me booked in a couple of days. ​The staff was friendly when I arrived and set me up with a loaner vehicle. They sent a helpful text report with pictures showing their inspection results, looking into a few things beyond just the AC. Before I left, Andrea gave me some solid advice on tires. They seem very trustworthy and knowledgeable. I'll be back for future maintenance (hopefully not too soon though! 😅).

Andrea and her team got me in pretty quickly, picture and video content was sent to me via text, showing me what was going on with my vehicle! I was able to accept/ decline work as they advised level of urgency. The work was completed that day and I had a loaner to run my errands in. I just could not be more delighted by my experience with car service. How easy, stress free and comfortable I felt was awesome. My questions were literally answered not only by Andrea, but by a visual with a detailed write up describing what I was looking at! Unbelievable really! Nothing like trust, honesty and respectful customer service. I can't imagine I will go anywhere else! Also, the decor was so cheery inside ❤️

Staff at Mark's were incredibly accommodating and communicative. They provide detailed print outs of findings and results. Staff is highly knowledgeable and most importantly, honest, people. Generally, any car issue is a major source of anxiety in dealing with a repair shop; Mark's Service Center was a breath of fresh air, and my car rides so smoothly. Thank you!!!☀️

Marks is a great place to take your car. They tell you whats going on with your car and suggest work that needs tp be done based on urgency. Felt taken car of the whole time.

Do not drop off your budget truck here. Mark scammed us for a fuel charge when we dropped off the truck with the exact amount of fuel (actually 23mi over) than what we picked it up with. I have proof of buying fuel at the gas station prior to drop off as well as photos of the dash. Mark claims the truck was dirty at drop off but it was not our trash to begin with, and there was prior damage to the sideview mirror as well as driving issues that he tried to pin on us. He claimed there were a plethora of additional fees he could hit us with but chose not to. Disgusting and dishonest business practices. In response to the business: I explained to Matt that I have proof and he told me to call Budget customer service for further issues. I didn't receive a call nor an email from this business with a breakdown of these charges totaling $100. I called Budget and they are handling it.
