Country Propane

Have only been with them for 3 months and have had only poor experience. What initially threw a red flag was being charged an extra $100 over what i was quoted for a tank install as all i was told was i had to pay for copper piping. Not nuts, fittings, and everything else they charged. Then one month in they hiked the price ~20% per gallon w/ no notification. Very disgusted with lack of transparency,

I have had an exceptional experience as a Country Propane customer. It is rare to receive prompt, polite, and professional customer service these days. The employees of Country Propane, and the owner, Dave, have been great to work with. They answer questions timely, their pricing is very transparent and competitive, and they work hard to take care of their customers. I highly recommend them for your propane needs.

Office staff was EXTREMELY RUDE when I called to ask a question about my bill today over the phone. I had the phone on speaker so my elderly grandmother could hear what the answer was to the question that was asked. Office staff Crystal started screaming at me when I simply corrected her on a payment date that was made because of an error on THEIR part. Their website was down last week apparently and I made a payment over the phone. My bill magically jumped $200 more than what the ticket was when it was left on the door for me after we had run out of fuel over the weekend AFTER being told we would be getting a delivery on that Saturday. None of this was my fault it was the fault of the company. My family has been a customer of country propane for YEARS and never had any problems before. I have never been spoken to like that before. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I was told she went home sick. My advice is anyone calling there do not speak with Crystal if you want anything resolved as she is disrespectful and clearly has very little customer service skills. Yelling at a paying customer is absolutely absurd. Seriously considering going to another company who doesn't treat their customers this way!

This place is a joke and I don’t recommend any buddy do business with them they are greedy and they don’t care if you run out of fuel or not. 100% dissatisfied
