5 stars to Billy Hoyt! I’d give 10 if I could. I can’t say enough good things about Billy Hoyt and the outstanding service he provided. About an hour before I was supposed to leave town for a trip, my tire pressure warning light came on. It was the weekend, and I was worried that I might have a serious problem and wouldn’t be able to travel safely. Billy took the time to inspect everything thoroughly and quickly identified that the tire shop that had installed my tires just a week earlier had incorrectly set the tire pressures between the front and rear tires. He checked everything, corrected the issue, and made sure my vehicle was safe to drive. What impressed me most was his honesty and professionalism. Even though he spent time helping me and giving me peace of mind before my trip, he wouldn’t accept any payment. He genuinely cared about making sure I was safe and able to travel without worry. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Billy went above and beyond. His knowledge, integrity, and willingness to help a customer in a stressful situation were greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this shop and especially Billy Hoyt for anyone looking for trustworthy, professional service. Thank you again, Billy! You turned a stressful situation into a positive experience and helped me get on the road with confidence. I will be using this tire center moving forward.

Don’t come to this shop if you care about your car or your money to any degree at all, because they don’t either…went to get my tires balanced because I had SOME steering wheel/car shake at highway speeds (amounted to about $70). Driving home afterwards I almost had to pull over the shaking and rumble was so bad it felt like my car was gonna fall apart. Called and brought my car in the next day and was told that their “machine was not properly setup that day” and they ended up correcting the balance (as far as I know). My car STILL drives worse than it did before I originally brought it in and am currently sitting in Mavis DT to get two new tires and another balance. The fact that their machine wasn’t calibrated correctly to service my car is and that my car was in worse condition after leaving twice in a row…is beyond embarrassing and unacceptable. I can only hope they didn’t mess up anybody else’s car.

Wonderful service! Repaired a hole in my tire today without an appointment and they were fast, honest and very reasonable. Couldn't be happier and they've gained a new customer!

I was worked in as a last minute job without an appointment. The service, as always, was top notch, friendly, professional, and courteous. Easy to work with and transparent in the work and pricing. All pricing is very reasonable to start and they offer a veteran/military discount. This is my preferred business to take all my vehicles to in Clifton Park.

Believe it or NOT, my mechanic actually knows and used the yellow paint indicating DOT on the side of EVERY single tire produced in the entire world. One of the few times I have had tires installed and they have been properly installed and PROPERLY balanced. PROPERLY installed and PROPERLY balanced= minimal added lead balance weights.
