Very disappointed. This was my first and last experience with this company. I had tires installed that had two different sidewall options. I explained clearly which side I wanted to face out. They installed them all backwards. I said the heck with it and left them as they were. Then I hit the highway the next morning. The truck was nearly un-drivable over 50 mph from the tires being out of balance. Then…..after reaching my destination, I noticed the rear bumper was clearly damaged. The only place this could’ve happened was at the installers shop. I stopped in to address all of these problems less than 24 hours after install. The staff did re-balance the tires to my satisfaction, however they denied damaging my rear bumper. This truck is less than a year old and I take great pride in its appearance. The fact that they claim zero responsibility for their damages is the reason I’ll never give them my business again or recommend them to anyone else.

Relative to alignment, they have no understanding of what they are doing. I asked them for my own alignment spec. That was useless. Manager was actually angry with me! Probably my mistake to think they could simply align to my provided specs! In any case I'm sure they perform their standard tasks adequately 5/28 - today the general manager called me to follow up on my experience. It is good to know that management here cares about their service and the customer. It's obvious their business is primarily selling tires and providing service relative to that. My needs were a bit specialized and beyond what they normally see. For getting tires in the future, I would have no hesitation to using them. Because of the call and their obvious desire to provide good service at competitive pricing I've upgraded to 4 stars.

Went in last Sunday on May 31 met with Kyle to do a four-wheel swap remove my winter wheels and install my summer wheels He did awesome, but the old wheels were definitely getting bald and not safe so he then went ahead and replaced all four tires and he had a vehicle ready both times within the hour. Thanks for all your help last weekend. Kyle greatly appreciated. Will definitely recommend you in the future. Thanks CHRIS SELIG

I’ve been coming here since a local mechanic was overcharging and billing for unnecessary repairs. These guys are honest and reliable. I was told by Jiffy Lube I had a transmission leak and they referred me to a partner garage. They also said it looked like I had a cracked CV joint and that was the squeaky noise I heard. I declined the oil change and took my car straight to Steve Shannon’s. They said there was no leak at all and that I just needed new front brakes. First time encountering a place that did what they could to SAVE me money! Total estimated savings of over $2000!!

I had three exhaust leaks. I got priced serious money to get it fixed. Theee different places priced me out of this world. I went to Steve Shannon dealt with Kyle and found out I not only had exhaust leaks but my front breaks, tie rod wheel bearing and expired inspection. I was able to have everything fixed perfectly! in one day! For a fraction of the price. I am very happy. Extremely happy ! This is where I’ll be getting my car fixed from now on
