Excellent service, as usual! They have the higher garage bays to fit my 9' tall van, and the lifts to accommodate as well. Hard to find sometimes.

I can't give these guys the credit they deserve in a few short words. They have helped me with all my families vehicles for years. They've jumped through hoops for me. Recently had to replace my entire engine and they did a great job getting it done quick as could be expected. There were some wiring issues deep down that they found and repaired. They really went above and beyond to make sure my truck was fixed right. I cannot recommend them enough. Go here. They do just bout everything and I promise they'll do right by you.
View on GoogleI'm glad so many people have had such a positive experience at this popular local business. Here's what it's been like for me: In April, I called to see if/when I could bring my 15-year-old car in to get an inspection and have the snow tires replaced with new all-seasons. The guy on the phone, Ken, sounded kind of stressed or grumpy. "Uhh, I don't have anything til [date]." Am I pulling teeth? Whatever, maybe he's having a bad day. So I make the appointment, which is further out then I expected. The day comes and I show up on time with the car and sit in the little front desk area for an hour or two. At some point, the front desk guy, who I assume is Ken, calls me up to his desk and says, "Your car passed inspection. For the tires, we've got [name I can't remember] for $x." Cool, no description, just take it or leave it. I agree, just wanting to be done with it. I drive the car away. Within the next week or so, I notice a new sound I've never heard, a sort of low-level grinding. Weird. I'm lazy -- this part is absolutely my fault -- and don't deal with it, hoping it will go away. A month later, my friend gets in my car and as soon as I start driving she says there's a weird sound, like as if there's an issue with the wheel bearings. I procrastinate on the issue because I'm naive about cars and overwhelmed with work and finally a month and a half later bring the car to the dealer. Why didn't I bring it to Warren? Because my partner has been having problem after problem with her 10 year old Subaru despite bringing it to Warren every time something happens, and it's weird stuff like the windows or AC completely failing without warning. Seems as if as soon as they fix one problem another one mysteriously emerges. And now for the first time in 15 years my car is making a grinding sound right after I had the tires replaced at Warren. I have no reason to think everything is their fault, but still that's a lot of negative coincidences. So just to be safe I bring it to the dealer, who proceeds to tell me that the front right wheel bearing is dangerously loose and that it could basically fall off any day and the car is extremely unsafe to drive. They quote me $615 to fix it, which is a little high, and I can't shake the feeling that this problem shouldn't have happened so soon after Warren did a state inspection and also replaced tires. So I call Warren and give a short summary of the situation and ask Ken if he has a couple minutes to discuss it. He puts me on hold to answer the other line (confirming these guys are indeed ridiculously busy) and comes back five minutes later, and is like, "so we flagged the bearings issue?" "No," I explain politely, "you didn't flag it, you just replaced the tires." "Ok, I'll call you back with an estimate," he says. Confused, I agree and hang up. It's 4pm and I'm standing at the dealership trying to decide whether to shell out $615 on an issue that shouldn't have emerged so quickly after having my car inspected and worked on by a tire business. Did he mean he'd call me back in 5 minutes or a day? After 30 minutes, I'm like, okay, so I already suspect one of Warren's mechanics over- or under- tightened the lugnuts on this one wheel thereby speeding up the loosening of wheel bearings and on top of that didn't catch any pre-existing wheel bearing loosening issue during a literal inspection... and so far they appear to have no intent on taking even partial responsibility for that and on top of that don't have time to tell me how much they would charge to fix it.... I give up and tell the dealership I'll pay them to fix the issue. They're overpriced but at least they're reliable. Like I said, I'm glad Warren has done such a good job for so many people, and my experience hasn't been completely horrific necessarily, but whether it's reasonable or not, I have higher expectations in a mechanic than what I have experienced. To me, cars are too dangerous and expensive for anything less.
View on GoogleTake your car there if you want to get lied to. My girlfriend brought her vehicle there and they claimed it was leaking oil all over the place, "gushing oil" were the exact words. This was not true in ANY way. I can wrench on my own vehicles but I can't inspect my own vehicles. They will lie to you and try to scare you into thousands of dollars of repairs. I have had tires mounted here in the past but they charge insanly high prices to do simple work. Avoid this cesspool.
View on GoogleI brought by 2003 Mazda B series pickup here in March 2024, they were honest and got it done in a reasonable time. The only issue was they never tightened my upper control arm bolts back up after making adjustments... I tightened them on the side of the road after picking up the truck
