Greenwich Ford Service Center

My first time stepping into something like this, they are all very welcoming and made is very easy! They made it happen and i’m more than grateful for the opportunity. Most definitely recommend over any other dealership TRY Ford in Greenwhich FIRST before going any where elsee!:)))))

Terrible experiences with the Greenwich Ford service center. My wife purchased a used vehicle and was upsold the extended service warranty. The car soon developed an emissions code and over four visits they could not fix it. The last appointment they failed to fix the evap code and did an oil change. The car was brought to a local mechanic and not only did he fix it the first attempt (it was the purge valve, the second thing you should look at after the gas cap) but found the car actively leaking because they did not replace the oil pan plug properly. The dealership “fixed” the brakes several times and they were found to be in terrible condition. After a proper repair it is noticeably better driving. Beware this dealership.

It was a good experience, everyone was very friendly. Had an appointment for what they call the works and to get my car inspected. I was taken care of as soon as I arrived. The appointment took approximately 45 minutes. They checked all my fluids did an oil change and rotated my tires and checked the air pressure, plus an inspection. The price was great. I highly recommend them.

I'm going thru a divorce and all my assets are tide up, so I couldn't put any money down or trade my truck in. They understood my situation and they work a miracle for me and got me into the truck I wanted . They did a great job and made me fill I'm like somebody they work fore !!!!! I went out of my way to drive an hour just to purchase this vehicle because of the amazing service they made me feel like family and did not give up on my needs of what I wanted in a vehicle. The financing was easy and I’ve already been up there for my first oil change, and it wasn’t any different still, walked in there. They remembered my name said hello to me. Had nice conversations with people and was out of there very quickly. Would definitely buy another vehicle from them again.
