Worst customer service ever . I called to inquire about pricing for brakes . The man who picked up The phone had a terrible attitude and told me he can’t give rates over the phone then hung up on me . Who turns down potential customers by hanging up during inquiries.

If there were a Hall of Fame for mechanics, Orak would undoubtedly hold a top spot. Stranded 80 miles from home with a malfunctioning car on a vast highway is a situation I wouldn't wish on anyone. But as fate would have it, Orak’s shop was my beacon in that challenging time. Within minutes of arriving, Orak was deep in diagnostics, his computer swiftly pinpointing the issue. Before I could even fathom the extent of the problem, he had ordered the malfunctioning spark coil. In what felt like a blink, the part was delivered, and my car was being resurrected. The efficiency? Impeccable. What truly touched me was Orak’s authenticity. He had every opportunity to levy a hefty charge, considering my predicament. Instead, he was the embodiment of fairness — only charging me for the hourly rate and the essential part. As we waited, our conversation drifted to his intriguing past as a diesel engine engineer, spanning stories from various corners of the world. Such rich experiences, and yet, so humble in demeanor. My only regret? Living so far from his shop. If proximity wasn't an issue, Orak would be my go-to mechanic without a second thought. Thank you, Orak. In a world of machinery and motors, you truly were an angel in overalls. If you find yourself anywhere near his shop, trust me, you're in the best hands. 🚗🔧

Pulled into the Orak Automotive Service Station (Exit 4 off of 287 next to the Shell Station) tonight with a rapidly deflating flat tire. By the time I put my car in park it was completely flat. My husband was home with the kids and NO car so he couldn't get to me and I dont know how to change a tire. THANK GOD Cavit was still there working on another car. He greeted me with a smile and let me know he would check the tire and explain my options (plug hole/put on my spare and how much $). He found the hole, had the tire off and plugged and I was on my way in 20 minutes AND AT A MORE THAN FAIR PRICE! I couldn't believe it. I was at his mercy-pretty much stranded, trying to get home to my babies and this has never happened to me so he could have charged me $100 OR for a whole new tire and I wouldn't know the difference. I would definitely recommend him to friends! Fast, Friendly and Fair!

Excellent service. Bring my cars here for inspections and small repairs. Honest, no upselling or coming up with unneeded repairs. It may take long to perform inspection service (2 hrs) at times, but the cost of the inspection is fixed, so not an issue and I’d rather have them go over everything vs just checking the box.

Flat tire issue. Met Cavit, he is a great guy. He will doit right. That’s what you want and at a fair price also.
