INFINITI of White Plains Service

This review is specific to the Infiniti service center located at 235 Tarrytown Rd in White Plains, NY. Can they service your vehicle? Yes. Do they meet the level of proactive service you should expect from an Infiniti service center? No. Are they friendly? Yep. Is that a substitute for administrative competence? Nope. I’ve been there 2X. After the first time I told myself I wouldn’t go back - not because there was an issue with the work done - just that the PROCESS to simply make an appointment and confirm estimates was so convoluted and lacking in responsiveness and info. Still, I decided to give them another chance. The second time I arrived for my appointment - a simple emissions inspection. After waiting 20 minutes (there was only 1 person ahead of me ) I was told “the guy who does that stuff isn’t here today. You can try the service center a couple blocks down…” Rather than being proactive and reaching out about rescheduling, I’m only informed that the service scheduled can’t be provided once I drive the 24 minutes it takes to get there. It’s as if they were oblivious to the fact that a customer’s time is important. In summary, they have the administrative sophistication of a poorly run local mechanic dressed up with Infiniti badges and charging Infiniti prices. Update: Close to 2 years after my original experiences, I looked to try the service center again because I was slightly nervous about getting a particular service done outside of an Infiniti service shop. I used their online portal to request a cost estimate (I like things in writing) Not once. Not twice. But THREE times. Never received a response. Yep. Administratively they still suck. Your mileage may vary.

Staff there are very helpfull & eager to help. Diego is very professional and understandable when it comes to explaining the issue. My car had roof leaking issue and the service center have been very accommodating about it. Hopefully i dont have to go back again after the rainy season for 3rd time..

I feel blessed to have a place that I can trust with my vehicle which is hard to find. Thank you sales manager, Diego and Alex for your professionalism. Looking to purchase a new Infiniti soon...

PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS INFINITI SERVICE CENTER IN WHITE PLAINS. This was an extremely disappointing experience. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance to address an air mass sensor issue under warranty, which they installed in my vehicle last year. When I arrived for my appointment, I was told, with no prior notice, that I would need to leave my vehicle for at least three days. They also stated it could take up to four days just to confirm whether the check engine code is actually related to the air mass sensor. To make matters worse, loaner cars are not available for another month, meaning I could be without a vehicle for up to five days. This situation significantly impacts my work, family responsibilities, and expenses. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and planning, and I will be seeking service at another Infiniti dealership.
