Extremely unprofessional. I called for roadside help and explained my truck issue. The guy immediately focused on how I would pay. After I explained my payment options twice, he lost his patience, cursed at me, and hung up. If you can’t speak to customers with basic respect during an emergency, you shouldn’t be in roadside assistance. Avoid this company.
View on GoogleGuys we called this shop for road side service, they charged us first with EFS and then we waiting not showing up, when I called they start cursed us with bad language. Please avoid and report them
