Outstanding Service at Healey Ford! I had an excellent experience with the Healey Ford Service Department. From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and stress‑free. A special shoutout to Robert Armandi, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled quickly and correctly. Robert kept me informed every step of the way, explained everything clearly, and made sure my vehicle was taken care of with real attention to detail. It’s rare to find service that’s this consistent and trustworthy. Highly recommend Healey Ford and especially Robert for anyone looking for top‑notch customer service. I’ll definitely be returning for future service needs!

NO EVERYTHING DID NOT TURN OUT OK BY NO MEANS! I'm very disappointed and aggravated right now with Healy of Goshen! Upon arriving to your facility and checking in and going over what was to be done on our brand new 250,000 Tiffin Motorhome with the service manager I first and foremost, explained my main concern with doing the NY STATE INSPECTION! I was very explicit and I made it crystal clear that the inspection is not up until the end of next month and if you're gonna put the new inspection sticker on the windshield and no longer on the front bumper and you think by any remote chance you'll have a PROBLEM getting the old inspection sticker off the lacquer painted plastic front bumper then leave it on there, if you Cannot leave the inspection sticker on the bumper, cross it out with a marker or do not inspect the vehicle LEAVE IT ALONE DONOT DO THE NY STATE INSPECTION! I will take it to the motorhome dealership for it to be done professionally! At that time the service manager said she will go into the shop right now and talk to the mechanic and this is not a problem. So I waited outside to greet the mechanic, come to my surprise he is a very young man who wasn't in a Ford uniform and I quite wasn't sure he was a mechanic at first until I saw my paperwork in his hands so I introduced myself. I went over the same things with the mechanic as I did the service manager and I tipped him and I asked him at that very moment please be careful, especially with that inspection sticker if you think there's any problem with taking it off and damaging the front bumper just LEAVE IT ALONE DONOT TOUCH IT do not inspect iT HE replied, OK no problem shortly after that I'm informed that the bumper is damaged due to the fact that he used a heavy heat gun and melted the plastic down to the base paint. Here are some photos of it and how it was left for me to take home and now deal with getting it repaired and reimburse!!! Also note that no protective paper was put down on the floor of the coach nor did he cover the leather driver seat that I had to clean when I got home. What is enormous change of service from last year which was the first time I went to Healy for the swaybar recall and the gentleman that worked on our coach night and day! VERY DISAPPOINTED! I WOULD LIKE TO ADD A FOLLOW UP…. I DID RECEIVE A PHONE CALL TODAY FROM HEALYS CUSTOMER RELATIONS MANAGER IN REGARDS TO THIS REPAIR, I WILL UPDATE MY CONCERN AS WE MOVED FORWARD NOW.

We have been dealing with Rob Armandi from the Ford Mobile Service Dept @ Goshen, and the service has been quick, efficient and outstanding. always a pleasure dealing with him and his Dept.

Nancy and the service department have been very patient and helpful. My mother was having her van fixed by Healey Ford, and sadly she passed away while it was being serviced. They were very understanding and didn't continously pressure us to resolve her bill the way I'm sure other service departments might. Nancy also suggested a potential buyer for the van once it was picked up. Thank you Nancy and Healey Ford.
