Goshen Auto Repair & Tires

While working on my breaks, the technicians stripped one of the bolts on one of my calipers. They didn’t inform me this happened and instead just replaced it with a larger bolt so it “would hold” and then told me AFTER they completed the job and charged me full price. The head mechanic (owner?) kept brushing me off saying “it’s fine, it’s safe” but even a simple google search will reveal that this is not the case and that it is actually dangerous and runs the risk of uneven braking (at best), and brake failure at worst. I was very upset and he kept dismissing my concerns. I want people to know that if you want to be SAFE in your vehicle, please don’t take your car here.

Andre is always friendly and honest. I had a flat tire that I used “fix a flat” on but brought in to have them check. He was honest with me and said the tire is good to go and didn’t charge me for his time and efforts. Quick, honest and friendly.

My family with 2 small children were traveling to Lego land and had a nail in the tire. With an extremely short notice they accommodated us not only super efficiently but with amazing customer care and service. Charlie, the man in the office was so helpful and kind. I would highly recommend using this business for you car needs. 5 stars isn’t enough.

Tire and repair side folks are fine. They offered good advice on tires for my vehicle and I’m very happy with them. The wash, oil change and inspection side is another story. Very indifferent and unfriendly. Loud annoying TV in the cashier area makes it impossible to read, converse or concentrate in the waiting area. Unbelievable!

Every time I go to this place, they are lovely! I have had oil changes, new tire replacement and wheel alignments done here! These guys explain to me why and every one is friendly! Also I love the free car wash!
